By commissioning/owning a design from me you agree to the following T.O.S.To view my full T.O.S: visit heregeneral
• Only personal use (e.g. profile picture, phone wallpaper, personal printing etc.) is okay.• Do not use the drawing if I didn't draw it for you. Fanart is okay for personal use with credit.• Don't draw/edit onto my art without permission. If the drawing isn’t for you, don’t draw onto it at all.• Please know I may use my art for gallery examples or posting to social media.• NEVER use my art for hateful or discriminatory content. i.e. - incest/racist/pedophilic content.• NEVER upload any of my art to AI sites, AI training or use for NFTs.regarding designs
• Redesigns/new outfits/AUs are allowed just do not delete the original picture and keep the overall credit still to my account.
○ Redesigns must not be done for hateful reasons e.g. whitewashing, erasing cultural elements, and so on.• You may resell for the price you paid (not higher), price includes commissioned artwork.
➝ Do not increase the price of designs received through trade/art/gift without commissioned artwork.• Don't use my designs for commercial usage e.g. v-tubing, streaming, merchandise. Personal stories, roleplay, other non-profit works are ok with credit.• Don't delete the TH profile for any reason since if you lose any files, I may not be able to provide them back for you. I cannot help you if you delete it.
